Dust had become stressed. She was out of prey, she was a loner, and just plain noisy. Furious that she lost her prey just a few hours ago, she stomped her foot down, causing the ground to rumble slightly. Getting more and more stressed out, and wanting to absolutely wanting to destroy something, she clawed out something on the sandy landscape, quickly dismissing it. Walking around in circles, she growled at the thought that she would find family or just plain prey. To a plus, killing things relieved her stress, and kept her attitude straight. All she can do for now is walk, wait and take a few drinks to help herself with her damned stress.

OOC: It appears I'm a bit... late.
Not too far from there, a colossus hid in a darker area of a dense forest. Something apparently never witnessed. This thing is feared around here, and thus why no one dares going into that forest, afraid that they would never come back. Their fear is no exaggeration; many dinosaurs have entered this forest, only to never be seen again. Many say it's the devil himself who lives in there, and some even report hearing the thing's doom-like roars from there. Other than that, not much is known about him by the locals.
The monster hiding inside that feared forest was Poseidon, a large Spinosaurus aegyptiacus x Spinosaurus maroccanus hybrid, who did not know what fear was, and never had any mercy for anyone. He was never properly seen before, but many feared that this wouldn't be true for too long. The locals' worst nightmares seem to come true: a long, echoing, doom-like roar is heard from the depths of the forest, even catching the newcomer Dust's attention.
Out of character, I thought it would be a nice idea that Dust would be a newcomer around the region, which would explain her possible first conflict with Poseidon.

The female hears the roar, and within her fury, she hisses loudly. If there was one thing she hated the most, it was another Spinosaurus just waltzing around. She begins to shift her claws together, rage building higher, and higher, and with a snap, she venomously roared back as loud as she could, getting the Spinosaurus' attention.

The colossus wasn't getting this. Someone dared to do that. Must be a newcomer, after all, no one wants to mess with something as large and as powerful as Poseidon. After a short while, ground-shaking footsteps are heard from the forest, coming to Dust's direction. Seemed like Poseidon wanted to knock some submissiveness into someone.

The female suddenly felt the ground shake slightly, and hissed worryingly yet aggressively. With her rage at an almost full point, within a verge of rampage, she roars even louder, putting more harsh pressure on her vocal cords, with her thinking circle begging her to stop. |

A moment of silence takes place. Dust curiously looks at the forest, with nothing happening for a while. However, she is surprised by the sudden appearence of Poseidon, who stands tall in front of her, at the border end of the forest, next to a few green bushes in the yellowish tall grass-like vegetation. With only his torso moving as he breathes, Poseidon's red eyes are still, focused on Dust.

The female jumps a bit at his sudden sudden appearance, but keeps still. She stares into his red eyes with black, slit pupils. She hisses, eyes twitching to the point of backing away slowly. However, to their lefts, the current at the bank of the river begins to become wilder, signs at how something's there.

Poseidon stands still, staring at Dust. He responds to her hiss with a deep, demonic growl, which could put some fear even into the most courageous. He steps forward, shaking the ground as he transfers several tons of force with his foot to the ground. Poseidon looks at Dust with an almost maniacal look, as he tries to show his claws off.

At Dust's left, there was yet another male Spinosaurus patrolling the swampy shores. This one was incredibly vibrant in color, with a crimson red and dark charcoal black scheme. He wasn't interested at the fight going on down the bank. This isn't even his territory anyways. Yet he didn't care as he was feasting on a small carcass of an Paralititan, who died due to unknown reasons. After taking a few bites, he finally notices Dust looking at his direction and glares at her. He then makes a gutteral growl, telling her to stay back and not to get him involved with the situation and continues to feast.

Poseidon notices the second invader, and considers the possibility of both Dust and the other Spinosaurus aegyptiacus being both strategizing against him. Knowing that this is possible, Poseidon slowly walks towards Dust, while trying to make himself look even bigger by lifting his torso slightly. He opens his jaws, showing his intimidating set of teeth, and opens his arms. He growls ferociously, as a last warning for Dust to back off.

She slowly backed away from the male, but gave off a last glare to both Barlog, and Poseidon-- Until she hears something near her ears, and it's not only breathing by Poseidon, but a thump, along with a victory roar. Looking over to the side of the river, she notices that the pebbles there, are profoundly stained with blood, along with a body of a dead rusty black Carcharodontosaurus iguidensis. She looks out more, and sees a white Carcharodontosaurus saharicus with a rusty bronze pattern along his head to his tail, a unique colorization she might admit. The male stares at a charcoal colored leader, with open wounds, and a blind eye. The leader snarls in rage, blood dripping from their head, and lunges towards the male, but however, to the male, it is simply slow-motion. With a nice toothy smirk, he drives his claws into the leader's face, and drops it down, pinning it with his foot. The leader starts begging for mercy, while the male simply stares in disgust, as if the leader had attacked him first. It was time...-- The male suddenly turns his head over to the riverside, to see Dust, staring at him confusingly. He hisses under his breath, a clear sign that he hates Spinosauruses. He then looked back to the leader, and grabbed them where the windpipe would be, and slowly began to close it in pressure, till they were done. He mostly gave them slow deaths, unless in a tough situation. The other Carcharodontosauruses looked at him in fear, and started walking away. He then roared in victory once more, and looked back at his pack, whom were looking back at Dust, with angry looks... Dust hisses back at them, and dives into the water, soaking Barlog and Poseidon...

(Since Liam isn't very active lately, let's not interact much with his characters).
This was more than enough for Poseidon. There were too many invaders here, this wasn't something he was just gonna dismiss. He stares into the male's eyes, and approaches at a faster pace. He wants to show this invader who's the boss...

The male growled something to his pack mates, and ordered to attack. He knew it was too much for the male Spinosaurus, but if it was him or Poseidon, it would be him to survive... |
