Tyrant walks across the river that cuts throughout the forests, and seems to catch up a scent. It seems to come from the North direction, which he slowly and quietly follows. He is not familiar with it, hence why he is cautious. The forest gets denser at this point, but it's his own territory, so no one better than himself to walk through it. He hears a very quiet sound, and can't seem to recognise it, and goes for it. His aggressiveness starts to build up, and he walks faster. He growls in an unfriendly manner, crushing whatever happens to be on his path. He is about to rampage, knowing that something is in his territory.

As Tyrant goes onto almost the verge of rampage, Magnus, a female Ankylosaurus magniventris leads her herd through the forest. Their new home is only a few miles away, but sadly, along the long, stressful journey, many of the herd members died of dehydration due to there not being many spots of water. As she leads the herd, she hears a sound, one that starts to bring back memories. A loud roar is heard a few meters away, and it doesn't sound pretty. Magnus stops trekking, allowing her herd to take a small break. Silence ensues throughout the darkness. That silence is broken however, when the same roar is heard. She realizes that its a predator. A big one. Magnus gives out a warning call to the others to take cover. They obey frantically and begin to try and find places to hide. Due to their sizes however, it's not gonna be easy. She hears footsteps, and begins to whip her tail around. What she doesn't know is that, this predator is gonna be quite larger than her.

Kratoras guides his herd, he can smell running water, he also smells of several animals, they may be dangerous, but water has been scarce lately, so he must risk. Kratoras and some males guide the herd, some other males protect the group from behind. Meanwhile, Tyrant is furious and searches for the invaders, but suddendly he feels the presence of many other animals in his territory, this may be enough to make him rampage. Back to the Torosaurus herd, Kratoras see a group of Ankylosaurus, they dont represent a threat, but then, he hears a intimidating roar, he also notices that the Ankylosaurus herd is getting nervous. He alert the others and they take a defensive position. Something big is coming.

Some of the males start to whip their tails in defense, and Magnus spots Kratoras. She quietly roars something to him, and one of the male Ankylosaurs walk up to her. She quickly dismisses him, and lowers her body. One of the herd members hear a loud saurian scream quite far away, and realizes that one of the herbivores in the area as such that cause such screams would be Keratopo. They look back to the others, with a fearful look, and start to hide...

OOC: I think I won't have him rampage right now - it doesn't quite make sense, in my opinion.
A moment of silence ensues, as if the entire place died. The colossal battle tank, Tyrant, in the middle of the jungle, is irritated by the unauthorized presence of other animals in his territory. He slowly lifts his head and looks up to the blue sky. The clouds are scarce, and with the merciless sun on top of everything, the temperature is obviously going to be high. Tyrant's attention is unobviously drawn to a roar he hasn't heard in a while. He realises that one of his old battle adversaries, thought by him to be long dead, has apparently "came back from the dead"; no one else sounds like Keratopo. He steps forward once, to the direction the roar came from, and remais silent for a moment. This doesn't take too long, however, as he charges a regularly-sized tree, taking it to the ground, and releasing a mighty roar. Keratopo might be able to recognise this.

The tyrannosaurid gets slower and slower with its arteries bleeding, and finally drops, not dead, but losing consciousness. Keratopo follows it, and gets ready to deal a final blow, until he hears the roar he was tired of hearing. A grunt of annoyance, he answers back with a roar, and steps on the Nanotyrannus, not harshly, but enough to paralyze it.

Tyrant, after taking the tree to the ground and roaring, stops for a while to hear any possible reactions. He can recognise the sound of Keratopo dominating a much smaller predator, and remains quiet for a while. He pays attention to any possible noises, but right now, all he can hear is the water flow.

Kratoras doesnt hear any animal sounds now, yet, he feels the presence of a big creature. He looks to his herd and notice that some of the members a getting dehydrated, the river however is not too far now, they must keep going. The Torosaurus call his herd to guide it to the fresh water. If the predator appears, he will protect his family at all cost.

Tyrant watches everything carefully, seeing as he is certain he is not alone around here. Kratoras' herd finally makes it to the river, trying to be silent. They start drinking cautiously, and Kratoras is clearly uneasy; he looks at all directions with a worried look. Still, he is willing to protect his herd at all costs. Tyrant doesn't notice the herd, until one of the herbivores is pushed into the water by another thirsty Torosaurus latus, causing a splash, which draws Tyrant's attention to the herd. They know they must be quick now.
